The short version: WIPS stores all your data on your device. We never see it. We never receive it. There are no accounts, no cloud sync, and no analytics. Nothing you type into WIPS leaves your phone.

WIPS is a task management application developed and published by Veldrax. WIPS is available on Google Play and the Apple App Store.

WIPS collects no personal data.
The app does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other identifying information. There are no user accounts and no registration process.
All content you create in WIPS — tasks, notes, moods, journal entries, ideas, and settings — is stored exclusively in your device's local storage. This data never leaves your device.
WIPS uses your device's built-in local storage to save your data. Specifically:
This storage is controlled entirely by your device's operating system. WIPS does not have a server, database, or cloud backend of any kind. There is no infrastructure to sync to, back up to, or store your data on.
If you delete the WIPS app, your data is deleted with it. If you transfer to a new device, your WIPS data does not transfer automatically — there is no cloud backup to restore from.

We do not know how many times you open the app, which features you use, or how long you spend in any screen. We intentionally do not collect this information.
Because WIPS collects no data, there is no data to share with third parties. We do not sell, license, or transmit any user data to any company, service, or individual.
WIPS includes an optional voice input feature that lets you add tasks by speaking. When you use voice input:
Your device's operating system may process voice input under its own privacy policy (Google's or Apple's). WIPS has no control over that processing and receives only the resulting text.
WIPS may request the following permissions. Each permission is optional and has a specific purpose:
No other permissions are requested. WIPS does not access your contacts, calendar, photos, location, or any other personal data on your device.
WIPS is rated for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because WIPS collects no personal data from any user, this policy applies equally to users of all ages.

There is no account to close, no server-side data to request deletion of, and no data retention period — because we hold none of your data.
If this privacy policy changes, we will update the effective date above and post the revised policy at this URL. If a change affects how data is handled in a material way, we will notify users through an in-app notice at the time of the update.
Given WIPS's data-free architecture, material changes are unlikely. Any change that would introduce data collection would represent a fundamental change to the product — and would be communicated clearly before taking effect.
